A $150 administrative fee is due at move-in.

The $20/month Tenant Benefit Package is required for all residents and includes liability coverage.

Security deposit is equal to one month's rent and will be due at lease signing.

First month's rent is due the day prior to the lease start date.

If the lease does not start on the 1st of the month, rent due at move-in will be pro-rated.
