Joel Frank
partner/Director of Finance
Joel Frank, Managing Member of Equistead Properties, LLC, is the Founder and President of Equilus Group, Inc., where he serves as Managing Principal and an Investment Advisor Representative. With 31 years of experience, Joel specializes in strategic business & estate planning, financial management, and real estate capital formation. He holds an MBA and a Master's in Financial Capital Management (MCM) and is a Series 65 registered advisor.
Joel's background includes serving three Oregon Governors on the Governor's Business Advisory Council, focusing on economic and business development in Northeast Oregon. He also has experience in business capitalization and trust management. Additionally, Joel co-owns and manages Equilus Capital Partners, a Real Estate Investment Management Company.
Rhonda Frank
partner/Director of marketing
Rhonda Frank , Director of Marketing with Equistead Properties is also a Managing Member at Equilus Capital Partners, where she has lead marketing and business development initiatives since 2017. Rhonda is responsible for elevating the Equistead brand through strategic marketing and communication initiatives. Rhonda leverages her strong understanding of financial and business management to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
